Idaho Builder Elected NAHB President
David F. Wilson was elected as 2005 president of the 220,000-member National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) during the International Builders' Show last week. Wilson is a custom home builder from Ketchum, ID, whose company, Wilson Construction LLC, specializes in building primary and vacation homes in the 3,000- to 22,000-sf range. The company also does major remodeling and light commercial construction projects, and derives much of its business from repeat-customers. Wilson pledged to step-up the organization's inward focus on its membership, including efforts to expand and improve member resources.
