Mold has proven to be one of the hottest trends to hit the waterproofing industry in recent years. While some contractors are hotly pursuing new business that appears to be a golden opportunity, others have found mold to be a foolish endeavor. Lacking the necessary information to properly evaluate mold concerns, left some contractors victim to litigation.
